For your first visit, you should arrive at our office 10 minutes before your appointment so you can complete a health history form. (You can also download this form and complete it at home before your appointment). After you complete the form, Dr. Stansberry will meet with you to discuss the problem you're having. If needed, X-rays will be taken. After Dr. Stansberry reviews the X-rays and/or determines which method of treatment is needed, he will perform the treatment the same day.
